Saturday Shout-Outs

As always, there are some fabulous posts here in blog land from some creative women. Here are a few I found to share.
Cupcakes and Crinoline shows us how to make a homemade reed diffuser. She even reuses a food jar! I love to use these diffusers in places where I’d like some fragrance, but don’t want to leave a candle unattended.
Check out the adorable cake stand that Manuela at Pleasures of Homemaking made from a thrift store candlestick and a plate! This is my kind of project.
Better Homes and Gardens has a great article on decorating with flea market finds. I am SO ready for flea markets to start back up in Ohio, I can hardly stand it.
I’ve got 2 out of 4 of the curtain panels made for my bedroom window mistreatments! Check back on Monday for more of my Slow Motion Transformation!

  1. I wish I was better at flea markets, but I’m not very good at seeing the potential in old pieces. I;m feeling totally inspired by your blog, though!

    Thanks for stopping by mine!

  2. Day 3 of the Where’s Wenda? Contest is here. Today I am visiting all of the SITStas that commented on Three Bay B Chicks. That means you! Thanks so much for stopping by and for being a great SISta!
