Party Lights

Planning a late summer party? Check out this idea to light the evening. Take attractive food cans (or plain ones), punch holes in the sides and add wire to the top. Add a tea light or other small candle and hang the lights from tree branches.

Make your summer night party glow on a budget!

  2. Cute post. I sort of did this with all the baby formula cans we aquired. I spray painted them (surprise, surprise) all different colors. Now I need to add wire so I can hang them... where's my hubby... LOL

  3. Those lights are so cute, I especially love the Cafe du monde ones. Wouldn't that be cute for a Mardi Gras party?!

  5. Love the idea! Hmmm...now I'm going to be scouring the can food aisles looking for cute cans to use. Hopefully I'll like the food that's inside too. :)
