My latest adventure started with this here yellow and rusty metal table.  I bought it at the Rural Society Antique and Garden Show earlier this month.

Our first journey as new friends was to the back yard for a much needed bath with a steel wool soap pad.  We all look fresher after a little exfoliation, don’t ya think?

After we had gotten to know each other a bit, out came a can of colonial red spray paint.

Aaannnddd some fabulous accessories.

As in vinyl polka dotted accessories cut with my under-used and much neglected Silhouette machine.

So cute, huh?  And yes, I was so going for an imperfectly beautiful look for this here patio table.

She’s just perfect with my low maintenance, high plastic chairs from Lowe’s.

I think that she, my magazines and a wine glass will be inseparable this summer.

    1. You are so right, Julie! There’s nothing better on a summer evening that a cold drink, a good book and that cute table! :) Have a great week!
