Hey friends, Happy Tuesday! I am so excited to share with you today, a trash to treasure fall decor ideas blog hop! I invited a few of my favorite blog friends and we have some amazing transformations to share.
Let’s get this party started, shall we?

My project involves this pile of simple raw wood frames. I bought a box of them at an on-line auction for $5. I think they might have been the oops pile of a beginner frame maker. ;) They were not suitable for framing, but you know I can’t resist a pile of scrap wood.

The frames varied in size, which sparked an idea.
And stacked the frames in the shape of a…wait for it…
pumpkin. For reals.
I added a felt covered piece of cardboard on top, and an old door knob for a stem.
A couple of burlap leaves added some texture.
And now I have a stained stacked frame pumpkin!
It looks like a pumpkin, right? Even my teenagers think it looks like a pumpkin… ;)
I’m going with it.
Thank you so much for visiting! Check out the amazing creativity of my junker friends below!
